Cookie Policy
N85 sets no cookies of its own on this site. The only cookies you may receive are strictly necessary ones set by Cloudflare, which provides our network security and the spam protection on the enquiry form.
The short version
There is no tracking on this site. No analytics, no advertising, no social media pixels, no third-party embeds that follow you around.
What remains is a small number of strictly necessary cookies set by Cloudflare to keep the site available and to tell people apart from bots when the enquiry form is used.
Cookies we set
None. N85 does not set first-party cookies on this site, does not use local storage to identify you, and does not run an analytics product here.
Cookies Cloudflare sets
Cloudflare sits in front of this website as its network and security provider. It may set the following. Exactly which ones appear depends on the request and on Cloudflare's own security decisions, so treat this as the set you may encounter rather than a guarantee of what is present on any given visit.
__cf_bm- Bot management. Distinguishes automated traffic from people. Typically expires around 30 minutes after the last request.
cf_clearance- Records that a visitor has passed a Cloudflare security check, so it is not repeated on every page.
_cfuvid- Used by Cloudflare's rate limiting to tell individual visitors apart behind a shared IP address. Session only.
Cloudflare's own Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy describe these in full and are the authoritative source for them.
Turnstile specifically
The enquiry form on the about page is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile checks that a submission comes from a person, without asking you to solve a puzzle.
To do that it loads a script from
challenges.cloudflare.com, receives your IP address and
signals about your browser's interaction with the page, and issues a
single-use token that our server verifies with Cloudflare before
accepting the enquiry. Turnstile is not used to build an advertising
profile.
This site is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam. The Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy apply. See our Privacy Policy.
Why there is no cookie banner
Under the UK's Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, consent is required for cookies that are not strictly necessary for a service you have asked for. Analytics and advertising cookies need consent. Security and anti-abuse cookies of the kind described above are treated as strictly necessary.
Because this site sets nothing beyond that, there is nothing to ask you to consent to, and interrupting every visitor with a banner would be noise rather than protection. If we ever add analytics or anything else non-essential, we will ask first.
Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and your
browser's help pages explain how. Blocking Cloudflare's security
cookies may mean you are challenged more often, and blocking scripts
from challenges.cloudflare.com will stop the enquiry
form from working.
If the form will not work for you for that reason, email us directly at hello@axyn.co.uk instead. You should not have to accept a script to get in touch.
Changes and contact
If what we set changes, this page and the date at the top change with it. Questions go to hello@axyn.co.uk.
See also our Privacy Policy for what happens to the information you send through the form.
